Avoid at all costs ruined Valentine s Day

Despite me ordering way in advance and arranging delivery days before Valentine s Day they completely failed to deliver and didn t give me enough time to find another solution Don t order unless you are based in France as they don t have a transportation network across Europe despite their marketing

I would give this company zero stars

I would give this company zero stars if I could I spent 110 on a flower delivery for a friend in Germany thinking that Bergamotte would offer a better experience than an international company The company uses DPD to ship flowers vs having them delivered locally and DPD missed multiple deliveries and delivered the flowers 4 days late They were completely ruined and my friend is very annoyed about the missed deliveries which were an inconvenience for her I feel terrible that it was a bad experience for her and now Bergamotte refuses to process a refund They have offered to resend the flowers through DPD but could not set it up so they would be left by her door if she wasn t home Given the hassle this has caused for my friend she declined this option She advised that I always use FLEUROP for flower delivery in Germany

Similar experience as the person that wrote below I live in UK and wanted to have flowers delivered to my sister in France for her birthday They have a nice website so I thought they seemed quite professional I ordered online a week before I left my sisters details in case of any issues but it was a surprise and she had no idea she was getting flowers she was contacted the day before I believe and changed the delivery date to 2 days later and as they use Chronopost the flowers were left for 2 days most likely somewhere not temperature control and they arrived in a bad shape I sent them a photo and then they called my sister asking her to send photos and they mentioned if the flowers were damaged they will refund or send a replacement but they sent her a voucher of 10 euros They shouldn t have contacted her it s really embarrassing and I would have rather she didn t get anything than rotten flowers I then contacted them again and they said they could issue a voucher for 20 euros and that my issue doesn t require a refund or new flowers sent to my sister ridiculous and no customer service Definitely won t see me again and I will make sure I tell my story as this is unfair that I spent 50 euros in flowers that arrived out of shape

I normally send flowers to my girlfriend in Saint Maurice on Valentine s day This time I have tried to use the Bergamotte website in Paris which I normally use I HAVE GIVEN UP I tried the one clic procedure NOTHING I have tried to up date my card details NOTHING and so on and so on The web site is overloadedI expected a simple procedure such asa PLACE ORDERb Required ADDRESS for DELIVERYc Credit Card PAYMENTInstead I gota b seem to work c Credit details to amend There was no clear route to Credit card details There was too much clutter then asked if I wanted to cancel my account All I wanted was to amend my credit card details and address NOTHING I HAVE GIVEN UP

Ruined my mum s birthday gift

Ordered 100 flowers for my mum in France one week in advance Didn t arrive Still no response from company 4 days later Flowers were not left at the house as agreed and she was not called to double check even though I entered her phone number as requested Why ask for all this data if you re not using it to deliver flowers Just to have more marketing targets Sent them a message on IG and emailed them Nothing

Picture and information was misleading

Pictures of product shown with a pot decorations and a star Description said the same Wasn t clear how you add those items to the order The price suggested the pot was included at almost 30 euros for nothing but a tiny potted Christmas tree Plus 9 euro delivery It was expensive I must say I don t speak French it was a gift for my parents who are in France but I did use Google to translate the entire website My mum hasn t been well and even this plain tree cheered her up because it was from me I just wish she was receiving what I thought I was sending her as it would have really been special I feel missled as I wouldn t have just sent her a plain tree for Christmas it s not much of a gift without all the fun parts

Terrible flower delivery

I ordered flowers for my sister in Paris to be delivered on her birthday That day she got a text from the delivery service stating that the flowers would be delivered between 9 00 am and 1 00 pm She waited until 2 00 pm no flowers They weren t delivered until 2 days later with no explanation after emails from both me and my sister Plus the vase was broken Very expensive 159 Euros delivery charge and crappy experience
