Poor quality and customer service

I purchased the Helium 55l backpack from Bergans for a hiking trip in Norway To my disappointment the pack tore within 4 days of hiking I was pretty upset with the lack of durability and contacted Bergans customer support I was told that tears are normal and was most likely my fault and provided me with no solution I would have appreciated some responsibility over their products and a more professional response from their customer service Luckily intersport where the pack was purchased was happy to replace it for me In the future I d stray away from purchasing directly from Bergans

Poor quality and service

Don t waste your money on Bergans for your kids or yourself - it s bad quality topped with poor customer service I bought a winter jacket for my son After only two months of wearing it one of the threads on the back comes undone When I write to customer service the only solution they can offer me is to send it in for repair Considering the jacket was only two months old I feel a more fair solution would be to replace it entirely I point this out to Bergans but customer service blankly refuses This means my son will now be without his winter jacket for a couple of weeks in January and February

material defect no warranty

My Bergans jacket black gives off white pollen after three seasons of use The elastane comes off It no longer looks the jacket is basically unusable This is a material defect and should not occur Bergans after many mails does want to give 20 discount on next purchase Then again they earn handsomely from me and as a good customer I find this really distressing courtesy Never again a Bergans product for me

This company provides the worst service

This company provides the worst service I have ever experienced They cannot find my returned items so they simple demanded I pay for the items I had returned This is not a serious company and I would advice to look at another brand

Mess up your Christmas with Bergans

Hi folks Ordering from DK Opened the Norwegian Bergans department on the internet My Danish IP home address phone number payment worked just fine Prices were of the Black Friday Got the shipment confirmation of my couple of merino base layers and same day it has been returned to sender To my inquiry I have received a short answer I see now what has been the problem You live in Denmark You can now order from us - but you have to book online on the EU channel and the black week offer is only for customers in Norway and Sweden Have you ever heard of the concept of the Scandinavia I asked if they might consider to offer me a discount because that was actually not my or not only my fault but they were never bothered to answer Just the arrogant disrespect that I didn t deserve There are Norwegian brands like Brynje Norrona Devolt and my favorite - Made in Estonia - Aclima Whole line of the merino stuff is awesome but I like the DoubleWool Pricey but of the HQ and great properties Have been buying stuff from Bergans for years but I would rather pay Aclima double but would never buy from the company that disrespects the costumer Neither should you

Defect product poor quality and poor CS

I have received a brand new jacket just a few weeks ago with no opportunity to use it due to travels Now that I am looking at the jacket there is a tinny hole on it a scratch and a defect zipper Poor customer service advising how I should zip in and zip off my jacket When you get such advise from a CS you know that the investment you ve made was not a good one Also their website did take from my 12000 extra that what was supposed to be the price I was thinking to buy a premium brand I feel like I have bought a cheap one They do definitely not worth the price
