I bought jeans but I got a canceled order because no stock couple days later the jeans back in stock so I bought it again also I contact customer support because I worry about cancel it again The customer support lady said don t worry it is in stock after couple hours later the order was canceled

Will never shop here again
Ordered item for same day delivery Two days later still didn t arrive Contacted their customer service through chat phone and email and no one would help me For such a prestigious company I am highly disappointed with the service I will never shop here again

I suspect this website is a scam
I suspect this website is a scam designed to lure unsuspecting shoppers with the promise of discounted prices for limited inventory that is actually imaginery inventory ie only a few remaining we dont have it but we ll take your money all the same They then wait for you to call and then - if you can manage to get a human to talk to afer multiple attempts - will inform you that the items are on backorder and their buying team is working on getting inventory and suggest that you wait If you say no and ask for a refund they then say we havent actually charged you its just a temp hold and we only charge when we ship in a last attempt to get you to not cancel the order I still cancelled All seems very sketchy

I ordered a handbag from Bergdorf Goodman and it arrived in a badly packaged box - torn at the top All of the handle s hardware were abrasive looking and scratched The leather was scraped on one side In my opinion it was used and returned put back on the shelf for sale Very dissapointing from BG I don t think I can trust their website online shopping anymore I returned it today via my choice of carrier paid for insurance proof of receipt return shipping fee 71 Update I did receive notification from BG that my return was received However no comment from them about my experience or the fee that I paid to ship it back They did offer free return via federal express but no insurance was included Who would they believe if it never showed up

Bergdorf Goodman has the worst customer service I have ever experienced I ordered 2 items from their online shop and the shipping times said 4-5 business days One of the items was not shipped until after 18 days rhe other one got lost during delivery I contacted them a few times they promised to refund money but I never received anything from them Will never biy from them again

Fraud Bergdorf Goodman sent me the wrong shoes apologized then refunded me Two months later I see the same charge again I have called and their feedback is ludicrous they stated the wrong shoes were returned when in fact they sent me the wrong shoes I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with this fraudulent company BEWARE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS FAILED COMPANY

The worst customer service ever I will
The worst customer service ever I will never ever shop at BG again or recommend BG I ordered a wallet on October 18 for a gift and the wallet was never delivered I do not know what happened between BG and fed ex but After many calls to BG I was told they would re-send me a new wallet and they never did Bergdorffs does not care about their customers they do not go above and beyond ti make they re customers happy Do not shop here

Do not buy from this vendor I purchased online last Saturday a YSL bag and credit card charge went through Sunday when I also received a text from a certain Mark with Neiman Marcus verifying my purchase I did not reply as I did not order from Neiman Monday morning I received an email cancelling my order and cust svc Edgar when I called told me he cannot help because I need to deal with my bank I asked for the mgr and was put on hold for half hour and the mgr ultimately reprocessed my overnight order- to arrive Tues Wed as I need it by then It s Thursday today and still nothing and cust svc advised me it is still being processed and that the OVERNIGHT SHIPPING only applies as soon as it is PROCESSED indefinitely

I just had an order cancelled because they posted the wrong price on the item and so after spending hours trying to fix what they initially said the problem was the payment method today the excuse is that they made a mistake with the advertised price and so that s it How isn t that bait and switch But they apologized Ha Never again buying from this store Plenty other places I could buy the exact same things from that aren t engaging in illegal unethical practices

horrible customer service returns scam
horrible customer service I bought a 300 dollar perfume it hasn t arrived in 1 and a half months they have given me multiple expected delivery dates which have all come and gone I contacted customer service today and they said there is simply no expected delivery date on top of that their return policy is a total scam i returned a 80 product that i bought online which looked TOTALLY different in real life They give a return label i use it and ship it back all to learn they are refusing to give me a refund RUDEST customer service i have ever encountered horrible luxury store
