I am very happy with Bergzeit I called them to ask them about the returns as I ordered from the Netherlands and they said that I would have to pay for the return It is also stated on their website The parcel arrived when promised it was well packaged and I did have to return it as it did not fit well Bergzeit returned money a day after they received the parcel Also customer service responded relatively quickly to all inquiries and you can call them - there is actual person that you can talk to So - this is a very good webshop from my experience

I ordered 2 pairs of Scarpa F1 Evo from them I had tested the boot in size 27 in Zermatt and I loved it So I ordered one size smaller 26 and 1 2 to check if it was good enough It turned out to be too small and I ordered a 27 Which for some reason also turned out to be too small Luckily I contacted them and it was no problem at all to return the two pairs The delivery has been done from Germany to Switzerland in only 2 days And the return was practically cost free About 18 Swiss Francs
