Highly disappointing and unreliable company

I had a disappointing experience with this company During the registration process I was assured that my case against my landlord was legitimate but after signing up I only received minimal communication from their lawyer just two emails Attempts to contact the lawyer via phone and email went unanswered When I escalated the issue to higher management I was told that communication difficulties arose because I spoke English Unfortunately this lack of support left me unprepared and my landlord eventually filed a court case against me At that point I was advised to hire an external lawyer which added significant costs When I requested to cancel my contract due to these challenges I was informed of a clause requiring me to continue the contract for at least two years This has been financially and emotionally burdensome as I am now paying for their services as well as the external lawyer I would recommend carefully reviewing the terms and considering all factors before signing up

Horrible horrible horrible - stay away

I think this service is an absolute disaster I sincerely believe that they should be shutdown for such poor horrible service They take your money then will do the absolute minimum if you ask for help Most requests you have for them is never completed or answered Just look at all the other reviews I don t understand how the people who work at this place are not ashamed of how much they fail at their mission I have had nothing but miserable experiences with the BMV and cannot even cancel my membership without even more pain and suffering I think this is one of the worst services in all of Germany and I hope they stop operating soon because they seem to only make problems worse not better as is evident by most of the negative reviews written about them My personal recommendation - stay away and never ever sign up Ever

Cancelling membership - designed to benefit the provider

The quality of legal advice was good and quick I have used the service 1 time in 4 or 5 years I went into my local office to cancell the membership it can t be done there I have to travel across Berlin or write a letter to the head office mailed using a 4 or 4-70 signature on delivery stamp Unless you cancel the membership before the years out - you must pay for the complete year following Ie 12 months I d have thought a 1 or 2 month notice period sufficient Lots of small games the large German companies play to prolong their revenue streams It s called socialism people tell me with a wry smile Wolf in sheep s clothing or socialism I know which my moneys on The point is - be familiar with the cancellation policy to avoid unnecessary irritation and paying an extra year for a service that isn t required

Incompetent and rude

Every time I have been there I had the feeling that they didn t really want to spend time with me and only gave me option to talk about one topic which is very frustrating as you have taken the time to go there They also gave me misleading information especially concerning my legal protection I ended up having to pay a lawyer myself due to their incompetent employees who told me I was covered and I wasn t Waste of time and energy absolutely not worth it to save a few euros Incompetent and rude people cannot recommend
