Terrible experience Not reliable Ordered for sons milestone bday for delivery two days prior to the actual date Long story short after no shows and phone call and some very suspicious and confusing excuses the best they could offer was to refund my delivery fee and deliver three days AFTER the birthday date Never ever ever again will i trust this company to celebrate a loved ones milestone Buyer beware and dont put your trust in this company

I bought a suitcase drone off terrie berrie weeks ago I ve had no communication whatsoever I ve had to do all the chasing basically I ve paid for an item that they have never sent There customer service is absolutely disgusting I m now looking into a refund wish me luck I think I m going to need it Steer clear of these scammers you ve been warned Update 11 03 2022I ve been refunded by my credit card company they are looking into this fraudulent company

Absolute worst customer service ever They shipped to wrong address after going over the address multiple times and I even asked for them to send a confirmation and she said she couldn t do that Called them and spent at least 20 minutes trying to fix it but the girl on the phone just couldn t get anything right after I spelled the entire thing REPEATEDLY I finally just said cancel my order and refund my money which she said she would which means nothing because they can t get anything right afterwards she wouldn t hang up first because there is a survey after and she would let me do the survey Never will I ever order from them again

Don t believe the pictures they post not what you will receive and will be late on delivery not even try to fix the issues when call customer service just lame excuses

Ordered a pink vase of roses lilies got tulips instead and ordered a box of caramel chocolate pretzels all to be delivered by Nov 10th 2022 flowers arrived a day late and pretzels aren t arriving until 16th When I called the man just gave lame excuses of why late and nothing could be done and never addressed the fact that the expensive flowers of roses and lilies were tulips never offered to try to give a discount or fix the issues Never order from this company it is a fraud Post beautiful flowers and ediables takes your money but sends poor quality items and not on delivery dates arranged I will NEVER order from this company again

Received 2 boxes of chocolate covered

Received 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries for Mother s Day Every berry coating was broken up shattered I tasted one that had a bit of coating on it and it tasted fermented several were a mushy mess Outside of the boxes were sticky with dampness Emailed the company right away and kept getting the run around email replies from 5 different people asking inane questions after I provided all shipping info They are irreputtable

Very disappointed I ordered 1 dozen gourmet strawberries for my Mom for Mother s Day and when they arrived the chocolate was completely melted The ice packs inside the box were hot The strawberries were even warm I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a customer service rep whom just wanted to replace my order and after I insisted she said she would refund the full amount

Absolute joke of a company Ordered berries for Mother s Day to be delivered well ahead of Sunday and they were not delivered When I call Customer Support to ask for update they say berries can t be delivered before the Monday after Mother s Day Sites like these exist to allow us for placing an order and counting on delivery when paid for and scheduled Very disappointing result and have requested a refund we ll see if it ever comes save your money time and disappointment - shop elsewhere
