Unfortunately a d fective product

I received my package The device worked once I can t recharge the battery Either the battery doesn t work or the cable doesn t work I really feel like you sent me a defective product

Package never received nonexistent customer account on the site and commercial service only by incompetent email and after 3 emails cuts the communication I was simply scammed since there is not even a refund

Efficient service albeit on FB Product arrived when you said Good solid quality but have to say doesn t work as per your videos My son tried first having secured it to a large log He had to really hit hard several times it split a bit but NOT like video as he said I am in my 70 s and there is no way I can hit with that strength We are trying to split well aged pine 3yrs which is very dry Would welcome your comments Joanna Higgo
