Our recent trip to Australia New Zealand and Hawaii was b h a great success due to the advance planning and real-time execution of all the arrangements by Ben and Debbie When flooding in Auckland threatened to interfere Ben was there on Whatsapp and on the phone changing flights hotels tours and foods in his gracious and superbly efficient manner The arrangements for the month-long trip which included not only hotels and tours but kosher food in out-of-the-way places together with Ben s constant availability spanning multiple days and inconvenient time zones made the experience one we will always remember Many thanks

UK holidays with Bespoke Kosher Travel

My husband and I wanted a family holiday in the UK this summer as we were reluctant to fly and felt the best option was self-catering I turned to Ben as he had found us an amazing villa in Spain last summer and had really put himself out to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday in 2019 He came up trumps this summer again - he worked tirelessly to find us a suitable property which was not easy as we were two adults and six children and had certain specific requirements He couldn t have been more accommodating liaising continually between us and the various owners of the properties we considered He was so helpful that in the end when we decided to take a second week away in the UK we turned to him again to find us a suitable property And again at short notice he found us a place which suited our needs in a lovely part of the country We were quite fussy but Ben persevered Again he has helped us to have a great summer He also offered to help organise Kosher food but I could manage that myself in the UK - abroad is somewhat more tricky He also followed up on our arrival in each place to check that everything was in order and then on our return to ensure things had run smoothly I have really enjoyed working with Ben and would recommend him most highly In fact I m not sure we would have had a summer holiday without his help

The holiday of a lifetime - Series 1

As an older strictly orthodox couple we have previously been limited to finding groups to travel with in order to meet all our religious requirements We were recommended to Ben by some friends and with a little trepidation decided to give him a chance From the very first meeting in the comfort of our home Ben gave us the opportunity to plan our dream holiday He came up with some suggestions but was very open to listening to us the clients Once the itinerary had been planned incuding names of suitable shuls and even Shabbat times we sat back to await the big day to start the holiday The holiday was a dream from start to finish The food was delicious and plentiful the tours were stunning the guide in Cape Town John Batchlor was so knowledgable and obliging collecting my husband from shachris every morning so we could get an early start The accommodation in Kruger in Cape Town and in Plettenberg Bay was fantastic - clean and spacious Ben was available on WhatsApp both day and night and happy to accommodate any change of plan when we wanted to visit a different venue or change the itinerary around We cannot praise Bespoke Kosher Travel enough and we are looking forward to using Ben to plan a trip to Canada later this year iyh Thank you Ben

We have used this company for kosher travel worldwide over the last 12 years We have always had first class service attention to detail and any problems that arose have been diligently managed and handled On a recent trip to California we found the service impeccable and situations which arose beyond the control or expectation of bespoke kosher travel were sorted out and dealt with professionally without the bad attitude that is sometimes prevalent when it is appropriate to make a refund We have the highest Regard for the principles and the staff and would certainly travel with them in the future without hesitation

A Trip to Kenya Tanzania

I just returned from a trip of a lifetime to Kenya Tanzania Bespoke Kosher Travel were with us every step of the way The guides George personal chef Thomas who met us at Nairobi were punctual courteous ensured we were safe enjoyed delicious kosher meals throughout our stay Tawi Lodge Amboseli was a total paradise We ate our meals gazing at Mt Kilimanjaro beside water hogs giraffes monkeys eating theirs The game drives were exquisite our guide George didn t miss a thing to give us the perfect experience An elephant orphanage giraffe centre were first on the list We ended our day camel riding in Amboseli to drinks at sunset in the National Park visited a Maasai Village - all extraordinary experiences which have filled my heart with joy And then on to Tanzania where we were met by Amos who ensured we completed official customs with ease We stayed at the exquisite Lake Duluti Lodge with extraordinary gardens beside a large tranquil lake where we kayaked whilst watching the locals fishing witnessing birds I never even knew existed At the local market in Arusha the sights smells were another experience not to be missed The last trip was to Shanga a social enterprise employing Tanzanians with disabilities The items sold in the shop are created on the premises The only reason I left was because we had a plane to catch Now that I m back in London I wear small mementos to remind me of a dream that came true for my 60th birthday This couldn t have happened without the expertise attention to detail kindness for our wellbeing of Ben Robbins his team at Bespoke Kosher Travel

I truly have no words The trip to Africa was the best vacation of my life Debbie made this unbelievable experience happen by providing kosher food in the bush suggesting amazing activities and always having everything perfectly organized Thanks to Debbie s responsiveness everything worked out perfectly Bespoke Kosher Travel is an amazing option for having on one hand kosher authentic food in the African wild whilst experiencing and immersing oneself in the local culture and it s surroundings I want to thank Debbie and the BKT team for making this possible - a truly unforgettable once in a lifetime experience
