What a beautiful company and experience

I was looking for luxury blinds to cover 13 windows in my flat I decided to go with Thomas Sandersons and it was the biggest mistake of my life I was left distraught and their customer services were appalling and condescending Furthermore I visited neighbours who had used Thomas Sandersons and upon further inspection they did not look flush as the fittings were all on show Fast forward I stumbled across this company and honestly I m over the moon The blinds provided are pure luxury and flush to my windows The attention to detail of the fitter was phenomenal it was like watching art and he took care of the flat like it was his own The customer service provided by this company is stellar For anyone looking for luxury blinds I highly recommend this company

Incredibly happy with my blinds and shutters from Bespoke Window Furnishings The attention to detail with the measurements and then the installation is what has made a huge difference to the house BWF are very professional friendly and communicated very well throughout the process I even had one small kitchen blind with a minor issue which BWF sent back and replaced immediately I am very happy that I found these guys and I would highly recommend BWF
