Item was not available I wanted a refund they charged me additional 5 EUR for a refund Worst service ever

I ordered few LEGO sets later I received an email saying that some of them are not available I already paid for all the items I said that I want a refund for the items that are not available They charged me 5 EUR for refund of those items even though on their site is stated that there will be no additional charges for refunds Upon making of the purchase all items on their website were shown as available and in stock
