Experience was great from start to finish I purchased print and frame of three photos for a very special friend of mine for his birthday The photos were of his late mum himself and his late dad His parents were divorced but my friend missed them both he didn t have a photo of them all together I have seen a photo my friend sent me and a video and I can tell you it s absolutely beautiful and worth the money it actually made me cry The best part is that it was done so quickly completed within a week with next day delivery I can t thank the company enough for such a wonderful job I would definitely use them again On behalf of myself and my special friend a massive thank you

Broken frame on delivery
I ordered a number of frames unfortunately one frame glass was broken when delivered I contacted customer service who immediately replaced the frame without a problem - great service THANKS

Good quality exactly the right size

Outstanding customer service
Bearing in mind that I was only ordering one mount and I had messed up my previous order the customer service has been outstanding After emailing asking for advice I received a lovely email back explaining what I needed Determined not to make the same mistake I sent photos and once again received a comprehensive email offering me to reply with some dimensions and they would make the correct size mount for me I did this and received an near-instant reply So I have ordered paid by PayPal and now await my mount Thank goodness for experts
