Claimed to be from North Carolina but ships from China The only thing that fit was cap Total rip-off And when you receive tracking it doesn t show China It just says customs If I d had known it was from China wouldn t have ordered If you do order and wear an ex-large order 3xl I did further research They are a Chinese co But also uses a Wales address in Great Britain The charge appears as Landscapet com on my cc bill Dispute with credit card company

I order 5 items from this place they charged me additional 25 dollars for who knows why it was not invoice The items came and they were not what I was expecting the 2 sweat shirt was thin cheap felt nasty and did not fix the 2 tee shirts where like tents no shape did not fit and the print on one was horrible and un readable Took 2 tries to get them to respond i provided requested photos to start the return process but the keep saying the wear house sent what i ordered Wanted to give 13 dollars out of a 145 dollar order 3 emails all the wear house sent what you order thank you Save your money and order from Temu there you get money back and help

Do not order from this company I ordered 2 hats I received one correct one and the second one was not correct I wrote them to replace the wrong one as I needed it for Christmas They said I was mistaken that they had filled my order correctly I replied with a copy of my order which contained photos of each hat This was their answer We are sorry for the inconvenience I have applied for many times with the supervisor How about we give you a compensation of 4 USD 4 for a 13 hat

Save your money and order from temu The quality of the items order was subpar and did not fit Took 2 emails to get a response about possible return and refund They will not refund the order amount nor accept returns they do the back and forth we will give you a few bucks and so sorry you are not happy but will not try to help They also charged an additional 25 dollars that was not on invoice Customer service is horrible and very condensing You will be out of money and stuck with items that can not be used
