We are so happy with the bed base we purchased It is great quality and looks good the price was very good too The service from Best Beds has got to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had I placed the order on the Thursday was emailed on Friday morning to arrange the delivery day of my choice the following week I was so impressed with the flexibility they offered The delivery itself was also a first class service I had a text to say what time the driver was due on the day and they were spot on with the time The delivery drivers were polite and careful they took the bed base upstairs to where I asked them to put it Overall I would definitely use Best Beds Direct again I was so impressed with their products and customer service

I wanted an ottoman bed that did not have exposed slats or a fabric bottom I found one on this site at a reasonable price Good quality bed frame ordered and delivered within 2 weeks Delivery was good as I was informed on the date it was being delivered and also got a call letting me know they were half an hour away
