They went above and beyond to help me
They went above and beyond to help me I ran out of what is to me an essential food item that is local to South Africa the clue is in the name I told them that I was ill and struggling to eat I told them that I had not noticed I was running low and had run out This was late Thursday afternoon and despite their stated delivery policies because it is food I received my precious parcel by early Friday afternoon Now I call that customer service

I read on here a couple of negative reviews about long delivery times and felt compelled to write a review of my own experience I ordered on Thursday at 10 30am and my order was delivered by DHL Friday morning at 10am less than 24 hours after purchase my package was delivered That s superb service The delivery was free too Delighted
