I was horrified by reading these reviews after I had ordered a headset through Best Buy s website however I am here to say if you re ordering electronics through them not big appliances they literally had this shipped to me in under 36 hours I am pleased with the shipping as well as the price I got this particularly special headset for Although I originally wanted - at a point - to cancel my order and found out I could not - I recognize that they literally ship things within hours of receiving an order Purolator was awesome This went from what I thought would be a headache to the fastest and most seamless experience So credit is where it s due for me at this point

I base this rating on two recent experiences at the Best Buy in St Catharines We purchased two Google Home Devices at Best Buy Several days later we waw the same device for 40 less We were refunded the difference without a problem Subsequently we bought a compact refirgerator on line for our granddaugther to use in her dorm at college We unpacked it before leaving home and discovered they would not allow a refrigerator with a second door freezer We took it to the store without the package or bill - just our order number We were given a full refund We were very pleased with the way we were treated

Big shout out to Ziyad Harrison at the south Surrey location I wanted to return my monitor as the person who sold it to me ensured it had everything I was looking for After getting home and setting up my monitor it wasn t what I wanted I went back to Best Buy and they would not help me as apparently there was a scratch on my screen there was no scratch I left feeling upset and ripped off so I called back and Ziyad told me to come back and he would help me and exchange my monitor He did just that thanks to Ziyad I will now continue to shop at Best Buy Loving the new monitor Thanks again

I have had nothing but good service when I have gone here I have bought many different items and almost all my cell services have come from here I have like geek squad services until recently and will have to reconsider using it in the future for IPhones I ended up here looking for a place to review geek squad due to this issue but seeing the negative reviews to Best Buy I thought I d say my peace in their favor My advantage though is that I am knowledgeable so I don t rely on the sales people to provide me with proper advice When I have asked questions I usually get informative answers

I went into best buy on Merivale road and i was looking for a laptop for school and i can honestly say i was impressed with the costumer service i received starting with the store manager greeting me and walking me to the electronics from there on an employee named ROBIN walked me through laptops and showed me the different kinds and explained the prices and how they operate and i was very pleased with which one i bought and on top of that i got an amazing price I was in and out in and out not more than 15 min GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE ROBIN Very satisfied
