I purchased three amigo heaters for 187 quid I plugged one in and it lasted about 20minutes I got in touch about it and have heard nothing all I get is I will get a reply if it is the right email I tried my emails but no reply These products were engineered in America made in China and distributed from Latvia and endorsed by your company sounds suspect to me Nothing has been done I will not shop with bdt again or company s they endorse Future customers beware Yours p Turner

I ordered 2 items nearly a year ago and after many emails they keep lying to me and what i bought has not been delivered and regardless an evident incompetence they still refuse to refund me when they cannot explain the reason they just stop answering i advice everybody to keep away from this company which is a fraud
