Well it worked fine the first winter after installation of the thermostat My complaint is that While it took me 2 years to pay off my bill which I really appreciate the new thermostat only worked for the first winter after installation so this past second year winter I froze until I could save enough money to buy a room-size stand-a-lone space heater to heat my room

Showed up on time fixed the problem
