Feeling cheated
I purchased an Eskde petrol tiller here via e-bay even though Bestprice supplied it Service was good and delivery time was 24hrs The manual is poor so I did some on line research for more maintenance information only to stumble across the fact that Bestprice supply it for a full 20 cheaper

Selling old grass seed that doesn t germinate
Ordered 16 bag of premium grass seed none germinated Asked for refund they are dithering now do not buy the grass seed it s completely dead and prob selling old stock which is no longer viable Total waste of time prepping soil and sowing it watering it etc

Excellent customer service
I ve read other the other reviews and can only say my experience has been excellent I ordered a backpack strimmer set it was despatched the same day with delivery expected within 2 days I received a message from the couriers telling me the item had been damaged in transit I contacted BestPriceHotDeals and got a response from Lee almost immediately he quickly offered a replacement and I received it the next day I think this is excellent customer service as not only did it arrive quickly they sorted out an issue that was caused by the courier Thank you Lee and BestPriceHotDeals
