We recently did a 3 day 2 night cruise of Ha Long Bay booked through Janet at Best Price Travel The cruise itself was a wonderful experience and highlight of our holiday and was made possible by Janet She managed to rearrange the dates for us when my wife had visa problems in a period when cruises are fully booked and was incredibly helpful and patient before and during our trip

Janet went above and beyond to help us in planning before and during our stay in Vietnam When unexpected problems arose she was proactive to quickly solve the problem She went out of her way to return an item WE had absentmindedly left on one part of our travel She was courteous professional and kind Excellent service

Friendly and nice trip

I was looking for a tour package to hanoi for 5D4N and then i found BestPrice travel Once i submit my detail through their website the travel agent contacted me via whatsapp Janet She was really helpful to arrange all of my trips explaining the details while also let us to customize our trip Overall it was a really nice experience and i can t wait to visit vietnam again

Amazing experience

We went on the two day cruise of Halong Bay with Haley from BestPriceTravel and our guide Dan This was an amazing trip through very beautiful scenery The boat was lovely the food was delicious and staff were friendly We really enjoyed the various activities - hike to Tri Top Island swimming walking around Hang Sun Sot cave with the guide and kayaking in Hang Luong It was a wonderful experience and we didn t want it to end

North Vietnam - best trip

I had the absolute best trip in Vietnam with BestPrice Travel My tour consultant Janet was the absolute best She planned my whole trip according to what I requested and was always checking in and making sure everything went according to plan Without her support and assistance the trip would have not been as amazing as it was Thank you so so much to Janet I could not have asked for a better trip to the North of Vietnam and for a better team with BestPrice Travel

An incredible tour of Vietnam and Cambodia

We had an amazing tour of Vietnam and Cambodia arranged and managed by Rosie starting from before we even placed the booking Rosie sent a detailed schedule and adjusted for some requests from us She booked everything for us e g hotels internal flights boat bus cruise tour guides and gave us all the details long before we travelled so we knew what to expect including specific hotels which could then check out online Flights changes were also provided to us as they happened All tour guides were always early and always had tickets etc for all transport trips visits etc They always knew the details of our trip and could provide advice Rosie was available throughout the trip and communicated with us when we had queries although everything was so well planned we had very little need to contact her Every aspect of the trip was managed by Rosie so all we had to do was turn up and enjoy ourselves which we absolutely did I would strongly recommend Best Price travel if you are considering visiting this part of the world We had a tremendous worry-free holiday which was all down to Rosie and Best Price Travel
