This company is a scam

This company is a scam I don t know how they got my info but they withdrew money from my bank I was able to contact them and they issued a refund and said it would take 7-10 business days Also they issued the refund in USD The money was taken in Canadian funds from a Canadian bank I informed them that I will be talking to my bank and the police They took the money in just a few seconds they can put it back just as fast If you get an email from them block it immediately I tried to unsubscribe from their emails and this is what I got for my efforts They told me I had opened an account with them I did not

Be wary of these company

I got bank notification that this company and also perfumevip com had both removed 2 each from my account for a subscription that I didn t sign up to I recieved emails from both so I had to set up a log in to go and find what it was when I tried to cancel it say cannot in the first 24 hrs so I contacted them via live chat Both companies which I believe are actually the same denied that I could have been signed up without me doing it The shoe vip lady was extremely rude and just called me a liar basically Both refused to refund me and said according to terms and conditions that I signed you don t get refunded back But I didn t read terms and condition because I didn t sign up they just kept repeating that it was impossible for it to happen Don t know if they are a scam but if not they need to check their systems and they way they are recruiting customers because today was just plain theft yes it was only 4 from these two companies but those dollars soon add up if they do it to many people Also how many will not notice and loose 2 dollars every month if unchecked Be wary

Up date after cancelling the false membership they set up and promising to refund the stolen money They attempted to take 40 from my account today thankfully I had stopped the card the day it first happened and payment declined If you find yourself in thos situation please cancel your cardUpdate They have contacted me 6 weeks later offering me a refund for something I didn t sign up for but can only avail of the refund if I change my review to 4 or 5 starscopy of emailTo rectify the situation I would like to offer you a full refund of your subscription To facilitate the refund process please update your Trustpilot notice We suggest you write that the problem has been solved and update the number of stars 4-5 for a good rating Don t delete the review just update it Once you ve confirmed that the process has gone as planned we assure you that your account will be refunded immediately If for any reason this is not the case you are free to re-evaluate and rewrite your review We thank you for considering our proposal
