Had an excellent experience from start to finish with all at Best Sunbeds Ltd Dee was so helpful and informative when we needed advice on which beds were most suitable for our salon There was no hard sell or pressure to take the most expensive equipment We spoke to a few companies and Best Sunbeds got our vote We ordered 4 beds in all We had a complete nightmare with our 3phase upgrade but Dee was always on hand to offer advice and reassurance We were never charged extra for the ever changing installation dates and when the guys came to install the beds they were very professional and courteous When ones of the beds had a problem with the LEDs they sent an engineer next day at no extra cost to resolve the issue Perfect We have ordered creams and accessories since all with no problems whatsoever We would definitely recommend Dee and the whole team at Best Sunbeds to anyone considering opening a salon or upgrading their equipment

I started my Buisness nearly 3 years ago and decided to go with this company Best Sunbeds they installed 3 beds for me and I recently just had my 4th bed installed by these guys On their most recent visit with the new bed my room was slightly different to the other rooms causing the chimney for the ventilation not to fit after speaking to the lovely dee they immediately made a temporary one for me then returning a week later with a new one free of charge bearing in mind my salon is in Wales I always order all my stock creams etc with best beds and will continue to do so as their products sell really well at my salon I have had a few problems and things I m unsure of but don t all Buisness s but they are always at the end of the phone to sort it out would definitely recommend dee paul and the rest of the team if you was considering opening up a Tanning studio

I have used Best Sunbeds for a few years now I have bought beds from them creams and I always retube all my beds with them I have always found them really friendly and professional and they provide the very best in products beds tubes I find them extremely knowledgable of the tanning industry always very helpful I highly recommend Best Sunbeds

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS BULLIED INTO SENDING PAYMENT TO THIS COMPANY FOR OVER PRICED FAULTY BEDS LORRY ARRIVED AT MY SALON WITHOUT PAYMENT MADE PRESSURED INTO SENDING PAYMENT IMMEDIATLY AS THE ENGINEERS WERE ALREADY HALF WAY THROUGH BUILDING THE BEDS IN MY SALON BEDS ARE 14 YEARS OLD OLD TUBES IN ONE BED ISSUE WITH THE BED WHICH HAS MADE TWO BULBS NOT WORK WHICH WAS INFORMED THAT THIS IS DUE TO FAULT WITH BED NOT THE BULBS LEFT WIRES HANGING DIRTY SUNBEDS OLD DIRT BUILD UP EVERYWHERE ON THE BEDS VENTS WERE ATTACHED POORLY TO THE SUNBEDS BY THE ENGINEERS - ONE VENT DRILLED IN AND THE OTHER VENT TIED TO THE BED NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE ENGINEERS LEFT MY SALON AGREEING THE VENT THAT WAS FITTED BY INDEPENDANT COMPANY WAS FINE - TO LATER LEARN THAT THEY WERE NOT ADEQUATE AS THE BED KEPT CUTTING OUT DUE TO POOR VENTILATION DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANYAS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We have had nothing but problems with best sunbeds since the installation date of our sunbeds in march and these problems are still on going the sunbeds have constant problems still yet to be resolved by best sunbeds even after them visiting 4 times to try and resolve them which they clearly can not do They always have an excuse as to why somethings is not working and its usually blamed on us they do not take any responsibility for themselves they caused damage to our premises when installing our sunbeds apparently because there was limited space yet we was told before they arrived we could put up our cubicles for the beds to go in before then after was told we shouldn t have and this is why damage was caused wires were left hanging every where and just a mess in general they only tided them up on there last visit to us a couple of weeks ago Even though we ordered 2 of the same models of laydown beds they seem to be slightly different one of them does not play music when plugged into the radio like we was told it would the other water spray does not work as well as the other and the hood of the bed does not lock on one of them but does on the other so the acrylic can not be held up we was not shown how to use the sunbeds once installed or sent any manual until asked It has become apparent that you also need a pin to get into the service menu of the beds this has not been given to us and we have emailed them twice asking for it and we are now just being ignored they do not know what they are doing and make ALOT of mistakes we was told we had only paid 7200 of our deposit when we had actually payed 7300 we had to check our bank statements to prove this as they were adamant we had not payed that much then no apology when they realised we were correct they are no longer acknowledging our emails they just keep calling and emailing us for there money we are holding back due to not having fully working sunbeds we have now lost our faith in them and are having to pay another company to come in to resolve the issues for us once and for all We have never had so much stress caused from one company its awful If I listed all the problems we have had I would be here forever all very similar to there bad reviews already submitted so its clearly not a one of thing you can also see from there replies that them blaming the customer for there problems is also a regular occurrence YOU NEED TO START TAKING RESPONSIBILITY We wish we could give the beds back and go else where

Worst company ever faulty beds
Worst company you could possibly ever go to with faulty beds not worth what you pay Under warranty but that horrible Paul argues with you and won t send anyone out I ve had messages ignored and had to pay others to fix the beds that are under warranty Everyone I ve spoke to says stay away from this company wish I knew that before I gave them 13 000 of my money for beds that are worth about 5000 Honestly stay away

Worst experience EVER AVOID LIKE PLAGUE
Worst experience I have ever had in business Avoid like the plague I initially ordered x3 MegaSun K11 sunbeds with an order value of 190k paid a deposit of 25k beginning of July 24 Was promised an install date of all 3 beds the first week commencing October 24 This never materialised They kept giving excuses regarding MegaSun Germany delaying the job We later found out that Tan365 held exclusivity of sales of K11 s in the UK until January 25 They gave us a new install date of middle 15th November 24 After the bed was installed they then pressured me not to advertise this bed as MegaSun Germany was not happy as it was not installed above bored as Tan365 still held exclusivity Since this I then paid part of the balance as I did not want to maintain my deposit in the second bed as they are unreliable in sticking to dates Also part of the agreement was to fix error codes on our P9s beds which they have attended twice and still not fixed I then resonably paid 28 600 towards the balance holding back a total of 10 000 as I I lost faith in their business as they have lied all the way through Other than this the 1st install went to plan there next install date was 15th of December this never materialised as I predicted on the grounds of the exclusivity They then changed the date to install on the 6th of January 25 Again this never happened Since this they have now demanded payment up front for the bed or they will not bring it The third bed was agreed back in October 24 to be installed in February 25 I declined there offer and purchased a K11 from Tan Empire who delivered the bed in December 24 produced a lot better service and more professional service in which I will now be moving my other bed ordered with Best Sunbeds to Tan Empire Nobody pays 60k upfront
