After sales others should strive for

I would say the complete opposite to the review saying don t buy given my experience Purchased a Hawaii Hydrojet Pro and took the extended warranty that extended the guarantee of the liner and lid from 6 months to 12 having enjoyed a summer and autumn of relaxation last year Stored away for the winter I recently set the spa up and both liner and lid are slowly losing air My warranty literally expired in a few days but Bestway after sales asked for some information and a few pictures and without quibble sent me a brand new liner and lid In this modern era of warranty disputes I have to say this was is how it should be done and it s a credit to this company how they dealt with this issue Furthermore the product itself is pure bliss at this price range and I can t recommend enough

Purchased a Maldives Spa which had a fault with the liner Spoke with two advisors Lesley and Julie - who were very professional explained what I needed to do on the phone and by email I sent a couple of pictures along with an email with some details of the spa - replacement liner sent within 2 days - Great Job especially at this busy summer period

I can t thank and compliment the after sales team at bestway enough My lazy spa pump became very noisy after just over a year so I contacted them about fixing it My pump was out of warranty by a few months but they were still happy to take the item back and fix it I got my pump back 10 days later as good as new The team also responded to my queries promptly throughout

Contacted company Monday Received reply from Samantha at customer services who instructed me to email pictures so she could identify the problem Prompt replay from Samantha who arranged to send replacement liner She did state that it may take 5 working days Can t believe that we have just recieved it this evening Well done Samantha excellent service Can t understand the last few negative reviews

I ordered a new liner as after 3yrs of daily use my old one split The new one arrived on time but after installing it I noticed that it was slowly deflating I phoned customer services who after sending a photo as evidence speedily replaced the liner The replacement had exactly the same problem and again I was sent a new liner Again it had exactly the same problem I phoned customer services again and explained that each of the last three liners had all had the same problem again they sent me a new one So I have now filled and heated 4 pools and taken three trips to the local recycling centre although I cannot fault customer services it would have been nice if they had acknowledged the expense involved Again I cannot fault the customer services team especially Ben as the problem was with the product and they tried their best to rectify the problems The fourth pool seems to ok and I am looking forward to enjoying it as much as I did my original one

I have a Maldives spa and it started leaking underneath i had no problem with the service from Bestway in fact they where very helpful and efficient dealing with my problem it was all sorted out within a week they replaced the liner under the warranty Thank you Bestway

Bought Paris Lay z Spa from Argos Had a problem with liner splitting Bestway requested pics and new liner sent with no issues The new liner somehow filled with water inside and once again swiftly replaced Then pump was very noisy and once again replaced Faultless customer service
