Higher management needs to step in on this issue
This site lets you sit comfortably until it s time to redeem a prize won from bonuses they offer What happened Well first they ban your account under b s pretenses that are not true proceed to tell you that you will never receive your funds in a very unprofessional manner and there s nothing you can do about it They won t hear you out ask for supporting documentation that proves your validity or hardly even respond at all Talk about A V O I D this one Seriously because they have no problem at all avoiding the terms and conditions they put in black and white themselves Play at a safer site that doesn t set up traps for their players These people are straight scammers I meant for this review to go under betcoin SOCIAL which seems to be their sister site for regions such as the USA The statement still strongly stands for the sister site going around as a new sweeps casino here in the USA They don t pay They play you Just not worth the risk frustration people I am almost certain it is illegal to withhold a player s winnings at an online casino I hope management in higher places reads this and reaches out 100 winnings being withheld is not right I don t have time to go back and fourth with this company Here s the point the response given to my review is total b s just like any other of the one s I ve received via email from betcoin s support team or their security team They are not going to stop playing the game they ve been playing From the looks of the other bad reviews of this company I ve read on here they ve been doing this for a long time I m not surprised that they responded as they did there was never any real hope that they d handle it professionally or transparently Once again this website IS extremely risky to play at You might not be one of the customers they pull their scheme on but there s a good chance you will go through something just like me It s frustrating as hell Thank God I didn t deposit with them yet Now that would have truly pissed me off Good luck

Let me and my wife play for months
Let me and my wife play for months never anything wrong We played with our daily top up never had an issue all the way up untill I finnaly had the ridiculous amount of playto conditions of anything free they give you Daily top up or Suprise box witch is 200 PBR well I finnally hit 200 and The last time I got close and contacted Support they told me about the conditions and that I had to play my balance till I had 200 PBR But Ofcourse once I had enough this time they told me To write Support In the live chat and gave me A support email to contact about my redemption That Support email address pointed me into another direction of a different department Witch was apparently security They finnaly messaged me back and Said Little to nothing about How I Violated There terms due to multiple accounts being used They completely Stopped all contact With me Blocked me On Facebook and Disabled Mine and my wife s account And the only thing I can think of Is Because me and my wife both play under the sane roof but I ve litteraly never had anyone Be so Blaintly rude About that being an issue Before And I ve even had A good handful of sites halt my redemption and ask me about the 2 accounts under the Same IP and after I explain me and My wife Ofcourse play all the fun and exciting platforms together there is no issues because they understand and as do I for checking with me and protecting themselves as well But not Betcoinsocial they will not Email me back At all They have blocked me on Facebook they have completely Ignored Every single live chat I ve sent in the past 2 days And honestly it s so unprofessional and a little upsetting being that I loved there site and had so much fun playing on the site But it s so disappointing that they give you the Perks of a daily top up or suprise box but The momment you touch there Ungodly Play to terms They Try and Ban you for anything and everything possible they can find I am definitely going to be writing more then just this review on my trust pilot But on my site jabber and Gamblers com someone needs to stop this if that s what there going to do just because you won off the free PBR they provide they should not have the right to do so or have the right to advertise that they even give those options away now I don t even get the 200 I won t but nor are they even going to care at all I I don t have multiple accounts and I did not violate there terms and I want my payout i rightfully won
