Another unhappy customer Jewellery is fake tat and bears no resemblance to the website FB pictures They do reply to emails but the English is appalling and they say that due to overwhelming demand they have outsourced their production Absolute shysters Not only that I paid through Apple Pay and have now started receiving scam emails purporting to be from Royal Mail I never use my iCloud address for online purchases normally so this can only be as a rest of using ApplePay So not only do they mis-sell you rubbish they sell your email address as well Have cancelled my credit card

Absolute Chinese scam Zero stars should be an option Nothing like the jewellery described-just cheap rubbish The packets they come in are definitely Chinese and are NOT GEMS Facebook should not allow them to advertise Have reported to my bank Currently have lost just under 50-furious

Scam Cheap plastic jewellery of Christmas Cracker quality sent from China To get a refund you have to return it to China despite everything implying this is English jewellery of high quality made in England I m prepared to bet it will never be received or refunded if returned at enormous cost to China

Don t know where to start Fake picture of Beth working at bench making bespoke jewellery A story saying how she is finishing making her beloved jewellery and discounting all stock Turns out jewellery is mass produced in China and ring I purchased looks nothing like the one ordered and isn t even silver

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam do not purchase from it They say it s hand made jewellery when in fact it comes from China and is rubbish When I contacted them they say if you post it to China at your own cost they will refund you and this does not happen at all I was lucky to get my money back through my credit card company as I tired since august to get back from this company and then my last few emails regarding the refund aren t even answered and the telephone number doesn t work I hope this review will help someone else from being scammed It s just horrendous companies like this aren t closed down

Same as all of you but the ads said she was located in NY Started seeing other duplicate ads with different names Already have Amex on warning after it is out of pending Finally got an email back from Beth that they will be happy to return items for 50 refund Shipping on us as well It looks like I ll have some okay jewelry as well as my refund from Amex Keep writing comments under all their ads now to try to warn people off

Rating is minus zero I received cheap plastic minuscule earrings Advertised as made in the US Southwest in reality they were made and shipped from China Report to Better Business Bureau Facebook refuses to remove from site The site involved are Ruth s Gems Beth s Gems and now Grandma s Leather Bags The sites describe older woman who are now retiring and selling off these items for a lesser price Do not fall for this SCAM and report

Chinese rubbish DO NOT BUY

Suspicious immediately my confirmation order was in poor English and gave a chinese name This company purports to handmake these items in the UK Nothing like the pictures and am totally unconvinced I ve received gold or even silver gold-plates opal Plastic earrings Will try and get my credit card company to get me a return of monies Product is not as stated
