Recently completed my mortgage helped by Priyanka After reviewing my situation she offered me realistic options based on my credit profile and timeline as I was on another lenders variable rate I had been unsatisfied by what my previous broker could offer me and despite exploring alternative options was resigned to the fact I d be remortgaging wi the my current lender on a higher rate Luckily I was referred to better through my Monzo account and was able to utilise their service to get a better deal that will save me roughly 200 per month vs what my previous broker could find and what I was able to source from the existing lender Thanks to Priyanka for your expertise in finding the right lender and to Ellie for helping ensure the process completed in a timely manner I will look to use you again in the future and recommend you to friends and family for certain

I set this up over the phone Chris was really helpful we sailed through the questions easily and chatted about the level of cover and budget that I wanted to work to I had been thinking about getting cover for a while and it was so easy to set up It has given me a sense of security knowing that if I get ill I will still be able to afford to look after my animals

Excellent Jess was so helpful she got us a good deal keep in touch and a few weeks before she managed to get the mortgage even lower I would highly recommend if you want efficiency and someone to take all of the stress out of the process
