Me and my boyfriend got the tests day 2 and 8 on time and the results were given very quickly one of them even in less than 24h We also had an email from them with the information traking for both test and contact for any problem Our experience was good and reliable so I can recomend it

Outstanding Customer Service

We have used this company twice once for a day 2 test today for a fit to fly I felt compelled to write this review because of the excellent help I received from Louise I needed to have the time on of sample on my certificate to demonstrate that it had been carried out within 24 hours but the first certificate just gave the date I emailed Louise got an email back with evidence of the test time within a few minutes additionally she reissued my certificate a short time later with the date time shown It s always how a company responds when you need help which is the real measure of how good they are Louise was amazing in her response to my slight panic Thank you

We used Better2know for our LFT tests after returning recently from Australia Excellent communicative service our tests packs arrived the day we arrived home as promised Easy to use procedure and uploading of result with the test certificate returned within the hour I hope that we don t have to test again to travel in the future but if we do we would use this company again without hesitation
