The best meditation app I ve tried
It s my favorite app for meditation and stress management What I particularly like about it is the range of bite-size practices to choose from and calming sleep stories The only time I had an issue was a minor error in the course and it was fixed relatively quickly after my feedback So it only strengthens my opinion on BetterMe Mental Health as the best meditation app I ve tried

Outstanding cutsomer service
I would like to express my gratitude for the refund and for dealing with my annoying request with respect Your responses although not to my liking at first were informative but not disrespectful Replies came fast you did not leave me hanging in waiting for the answers I accept that reading small print is a must however if I could just kindly point out that most likely people who turn to your service are not feeling the best about themselves and obviously are getting your offer as a resort to make their lives and the feeling about their lives better and the small print is not a priority I will accept that I made a mistake although I am still sure that I paid a nice deal for 1 month and nothing else Please do know that current life situation is a bloody turmoil but your teams excellent customer service has not dampened it any further and I am really thankful for your kindness

I didn t catch that auto fill used the wrong shipping address on my order I emailed support in the evening and when I checked my emails early the next morning they had updated it and let me know
