Terrible online service they don t pay for the return label

The sizes are completely wrong and when you ask to return they offer many things but never the full cost They are not willing to pay for the return label which is completely absurd since the cost of the return is higher than the item Terrible company terrible policies they should not be selling online at all

Customer service is bad sizing inconsistent

Customer service is rude and non responsive Sizing is inconsistent and return policy must be read in full I canceled my order before they shipped it and they still sent it out and refused to cancel I begged for a return or exchange for larger size because the sizing was grossly wrong from regular sizes and they refused and eventually stopped replying to my emails At least if they would exchange my suit I would be able to actually wear it Don t buy quality is also poor for the price Into the garbage it goes

SCAMMERS Don t buy anything from them

SCAMMERS They say that they have an easy return process but they do NOT I bought something on July 20th I didn t receive the item until Aug 17th almost a MONTH later I went back and forth with them trying to get an address to return the items for over 10 days finally got an address on to send it to on Aug 25th which was to some place in BULGARIA When to USPS on Aug 27th paid OUT OF POCKET to return the items and when I was there they couldn t really find the address but I got a tracking It is now Sept 24th and it is still in International Transit I m guessing it will never get there because they gave me a sham address because this is a scam company Don t get anything from them I luckily paid for everything through AMEX so they are dealing with the case so this company is screwed anyways but don t waste your money

Purchased Tan-through Kastani Top Ocean Bliss Tan-through Aruba Bottom Ocean Bliss 110I am extremely disappointed with the false advertisement Swimsuit top string was not long enough to achieve advertised look Was emailing back for three weeks with customer service until was finally sent a prepaid label I had to pay for myself which is 20 Check the return policy beforehand they do not offer free returns even if the product is not as advertised like in my experience Was even offered a full refund if I left a positive review I did not use the swimsuit so could not test it out In other real customer reviews I did see and read that it is false advertisement and DOES leavetan lines I think I learned my lesson never buy random stuff on social media platforms

Do not buy anything from this company The material is completely see through When I asked to return I was offered a 50 refund instead of returning to avoid the hassle of returning the item When I asked for a return label I got no response They have no number or address listed online and only an email address I filed a complaint with my credit card company which were unable to do anything I further filed with the better business bureau in hopes this does not happen to anyone else I never got a resolution as they refused to answer the better business bureau and my credit card said technically I made the purchase and they could not force them to send me a label Their products are a complete waste of money Do not buy

Girl don t do it

I haven t even tanned in it yet for one the bottoms I couldn t even pull up on my leg and the whole thing is completely see through yeah there s some coverage but you can see what is under it for sure Lol the sizing is ridiculous no stretch or give I usually wear a small and couldn t even get the small passed my thigh

Absolutely terrible don t waste your time and money They offer no return option and they never reply back to you They sent one misleading email after sending them 8 emails trying to get a refund The swimsuits are all see through so you will never be able to wear them in public without showing everyone your goods Terrible quality I minds well just be naked on the beach their bathing suit material is two see through materials sowed together They don t even have a phone number to call costumer service I will never use another company that doesn t have a number to call I wasted 200 on this crap if I could give the 0 stars I would

Won t provide return information

I purchased two swimsuits Due to the fit I requested to return them I received a message stating that I would receive 50 off future orders along with half of my return money I refused and requested a label for a proper return and refund It s been two weeks and I have t heard from the company It seems like they are waiting so that I am unable to meet their return deadline I will never use this company again and will continue to tell anyone who asks that they should never buy anything from them
