Disappointing

When I ordered 5 T shirts sale price they arrived 11 days later not the 5 7 days delivery as stated Initial look when they arrived I thought the package was thin The result I was surprised and disappointed that the t shirt material was thin no stretch or give the white ones you could see through I am a size 14 16 I ordered XL they fitted if you wanted the tight look Everything wrong More disappointment to come return postage to be paid by myself Come on we can t try them on before hand Definitely not good quality or value for money I would be very aware if ordering anything personalised it can t be returned I won t be and would not recommend buying from Betty Bramble

Poor quality disappointing all round

I was expecting a hoodie of high quality considering the price I thought I was buying into a British company started from a kitchen More fool me Very cheap poor quality hoodie Since found the exact same hoodie for half the price Very disappointing Tried to make contact with no response

Poor quality First purchase and was really disappointed with the quality The T-shirt is really thin and faded after a few washes Colour spots also appeared on the tshirt The glitter also comes off really quickly I emailed betty bramble on 30 8 with my concerns but have not received a reply

Thoroughly exasperating and disappointing

Spoke to the owner about making a specific jumper for my little girl on 27th August Design and colour options were agreed and I ordered straight away on the same day On the 19th September it occurred to me that I still hadn t received my order I contacted Betty Bramble and they advised me that they e-mailed me on the 5th September asking me what design I wanted -9 days after I placed my order bearing in mind it states 5-7 days for shipping on the website I didn t receive this e-mail and obviously all of this had already been clarified We have since gone back and forth and I have been asked the same questions over and over again I am thoroughly exasperated by this and I don t understand how this has been made quite so difficult I received a final e-mail from the owner last night going over the same stuff yet again The owner then stated that she had made the decision to cancel my order due to the length of time and difficulty in communication between us What a joke Avoid
