Beycome controls all your For Sale By Owner rights

I am using this company for the 2nd time I sold my home with them in 2022 and it had some issues but nothing like I have had this week in re-signing with them Technically they suck and their customer support is horrible too I waited 4 days to get a photographer here for 189 00 that I paid for on day 1 so my house has been listed for 5 days with 3 crummy pics I took and I am getting no interest on my home Beycome wants to control everything and I AM THE FOR SALE BY OWNER AND I AM THE LISTER THEY ARE ONLY THE BROKER TO SIGN OFF ON THE SALE They are holding my pictures I paid for and they should come straight to me for me to pick what I want to upload NOT BEYCOME I OWN THE PICS NOT THEM NOw they are controlling Showing Time the app I paid for with my sign-up that agents make appts to see my home by calling me or texting me Then they ciritique my home in the same app and give ME feedback Well Beycome only has the pictures of my listing on Showing Time every time i contact Showing Time for help say I have to call my agent to get the listing on my phone app Do not work with this slimy company Sell by owner yourself and save the 288 I paid for nothing

Nightmare experience and tremendous

Nightmare experience and tremendous financial loss from using this company There are two primary functions of a flat fee service 1 posting the property in the MLS and 2 routing leads back to the customer so they can show and sell the property Beycome dropped the ball on both of those Because I have used other flat fee services six other times different service area in the past with great success I trusted that these things would be done by beycome as well I made several contacts with beycome to double and triple check that my contact information was correct and ensure I wasn t missing something as I was having absolutely no traffic on my listing They would tell me everything was fine It wasn t After three months and heading into the slower buying season I discovered that Beycome listed my property in the WRONG MLS Which means I wasn t visible to agents looking for properties in my area for those three months Agents would in theory be able to see my property on that other area MLS but agents would not have been looking in that MLS for homes in my area I lost three months and the prime selling season and reduced my price well beyond what I should have Overall a horrible experience for us
