I don t typically write reviews seems like no one ever does unless the product service is amazing or terrible but I m actually surprised at the reviews saying Beyond Polish is selling counterfeit OPI I found them online because of their low prices and I was skeptical but I decided to give it a try and I bought their OPI I ve never noticed anything different with the quality from other OPI bottles I have it s still the same OPI quality that I know Now I only ever buy my nail polish from them and I m writing this review because I want to be able to keep buying my polish from here and I don t want the negative reviews to hurt the business

BEYOND POLISH took care of me my nails like little sisters

OK My mother died out of nowhere I started chewing my cuticles So I had tips glued on to keep my skin away from me because you know that s like chewing a plastic take out spoon It s not going to happen But I couldn t make it to the salon every two weeks for upkeep That s where BEYOND POLISH comes in I found my same color there at half the price of drugstores I wrote to them THREE times with questions and they answered three times you could tell they put time into the answers One response even had a note from one woman to another saying tell her I love this company Tender loving customer care prices virtually half of the chain drugstore near my home I ll never shop there again for nail supplies BEYOND POLISH is a 5 star source PS my nails look great after 5 weeks

I placed an order on 10 20 2020 and they were already shipping it out the next day I appreciate the quick service Even though they are a small business they are about their business and are getting the job done I will be ordering again soon

Not only do they always have amazing deals but they also have these sales on top of already discounted polishes that makes them sometimes half the price of regularly priced items I love their system because you can search based off just brands that you like the type of products you re looking for and also if a product is in stock which I ve never seen before anywhere else Its so helpful especially if you re in a sale section which multiple brands and product types to be able to limit your search so much Ive also never had one polish come in broken ever They make sure that your package is very thoroughly wrapped and are careful to leave no room for polishes to move around while being shipped Ive never had any reason to reach out to customer service except once yesterday And that gave me a whole new outlook on the company its amazing when you are treated like an asset and not a number to a company They replied extremely quickly to each email gave me the choice of what worked best to provide a solution to my problem and resolved it immediately They also made sure to take care of shipping costs for me as I was ordering a new polish in place of one Definitely my favorite go to place to shop for mainstream and indie brands I hope they start carrying all my fave brands soon it ll be my one place to shop forever for my polishes
