Low quality no free returns
To advertise a frame as being Oak sell it for close to a hundred Euros and then charge someone for a return when it turns out to be MDF with some cheap plastic cover is outrageous Never again

Fast delivery packaging could be a bit more carefully
I ordered two frames and they were packed together in one box Unfortunately the aluminium frame scratched the wooden frame a bit during transport Nothing to bad but maybe next time put an extra layer of bubble wrap so it doesn t scratch anything during transport

Questionable quality
Ordered the coffee table photo album Seems like good quality for the money at first but the white lettering is extremely delicate and has already started peeling off after only a week It was covered with a cloth and hidden meant to be a gift so I m not sure how this can even happen

In general I am happy with the frame But sadly there was a big scratch on the glass when I unpacked it They should check that before sending it off But other than that I like it a lot
