Do Not Order – Lost Order and No Follow-Up I ordered a mirror six weeks ago and was later informed via email that my order was lost. Since then, I have received no follow-up or resolution. The service is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing.

I ordered a large deep frame, but unfortunately the frame insert arrived broken and there was visible chipping on the black veneer. According to the website, customer service should be contacted via the chat function, but there is no such option available on the UK site. I therefore sent a detailed email with photos to the provided email address. The website states that a response should be received within 24 to 48 hours, yet it has now been a week with no reply other than an automated message. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I am left with a poor-quality product that I want to return for a refund.

Nice Designs but Disappointing Delivery Experience
BGASTORE offers Scandinavian-inspired home decor pieces with beautiful minimalist aesthetics. The designs are clean, modern, and would complement contemporary living spaces well. I was initially impressed by the product photographs and descriptions on their website. However, my shopping experience was significantly hampered by delivery complications. My order took seven weeks to arrive despite being promised three weeks. The lack of communication about delays was frustrating and stressful. When the package finally arrived, one item was damaged due to inadequate padding. Their customer service was unresponsive to my complaints for several days. The refund process for the damaged item was unnecessarily complicated. Quality of received items was decent and matched descriptions reasonably well. Pricing seems high given the wait times and customer service issues. The website is easy to navigate and checkout is straightforward. Returns shipping costs are quite expensive. Their product photography is misleading in some cases regarding colors and scale. Overall, while BGASTORE has attractive designs, serious logistical and customer service improvements are needed. I would not recommend ordering until they resolve delivery reliability issues.
