Exception product exceptional customer service
I was surprised when I saw the average reviews for this company because I have nothing but a really positive experience with them I expected them to be 5x across the board The dress that I ordered from them is exquisite I love it It however had a slight defect when I received to BGM quickly issued a return free and sent out a replacement fee without complaint This was refreshing after I had previously dealt with another boutique who firstly refused a return and then asked me to pay for the return costs I will defo continue to shop from this label in the future
