Charged the full amount for a bike and its delivery to Denmark After two days realised that the delivery would cost them more than they anticipated so they asked me to pay the extra 130 EUR When they failed - they cancelled the order with some made-up reasons about the possible warranty issues Hope I at least will get my money back What a waste Feb 07 23 Update to the reply I appreciate the honesty guys but you could ve just shipped the bike in that case 130 EUR Is that something that makes a really big difference for a company claiming to be Europe s No 1 online store for classic bikes And I still didn t get my money back by the way

No bike no refund nothing Do not buy
I was not informed that production would take longer Only when I sent an inquiry did they respond They were not accommodating either they just hoped that I would wait But then it took too long and I asked for my money back That was ages ago now The website says 30-day money back guarantee but instead of sending the money I received an email saying Do you really want your money back we ll send it soon Then I had to write 4-5 times from three different addresses and me in the cc before I was told by email that the refund was started and the colleagues from the finance department would transfer the money to me That hasn t happened yet either After another two weeks I asked again where the money was and have still not received an answer No bike and no money On the internal page it says that my refund is still being processed although I have received the answer from Dani that it has now been completed The service is really bad even the providers on Aliexpress answer faster and have a better service I wonder when the money will arrive or whether I will have to take legal action Never again Update after the answer You wrote We are very sorry to hear about the incident with your order We have checked that everything has been sorted out That s a lie you did not check anything because nothing is sorted out I am still waiting for the refund and nothing but excuses were sent

Warning Don t purchase from Biciclasica
I purchased a bicycle from Biciclasica and was deeply disappointed by both the product quality and the company s customer service The bike arrived with several serious issues The front wheel wobbles The brake assembly is poorly constructed One crucial screw doesn t function The gear change system doesn t work I contacted their customer service multiple times to report these issues and requested a resolution including a local repair arrangement so it wouldn t be sent back for the sake of the environment Despite waiting patiently and offering to provide evidence of the issues I have received absolutely no response This lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable I regret my purchase and strongly advise others not to buy from Biciclasica The company is more interested in making dishonest money than in selling decent products or ensuring their customers are satisfied

4 5 months of waiting and fails and never been able to ride the bike
Ordered the Berlin Electric Capri bike 29 September 2024 to only receive it December 6 2024 After many messages asking when my bike was coming It came with all the wrong accessories I had to leave the bike at the service centre in Rotterdam so they could order and receive the right accessories and change them There the most essential part of the bike broke 2 times when changing the chain-guard making it an even longer wait February 6th 2025 I was finally able to come pick-up the bike The chain came off 3 times within about 100meters and the 3rd time it completely broke This was my first bike ride I had 4 5 months of waiting and everything that could go wrong went wrong and I never wrote on the bike I ve tried calling biciclasica nr 34 985 331 777 today 5 times and yesterday 2 times and nobody is picking up I ve send emails that I d like to get a refund and don t feel safe riding the bike but all of a sudden I don t get any reply s on my mails nor on the return request via the website They can have the bike with all the accessories back I want my money in return

Poor Quality and Customer Service
EDIT Your answer is simply not true I have sent multiple emails that went unanswered for long periods In fact I had to post this review just to get a reply Saying that there are no pending emails is simply not true The battery was offered as compensation for the delayed delivery by your team and I sent you the email proving it And you are now telling me that an offer made by an old employee is not a formal order and is void While you claim the bike meets EU standards it does not come with the required homologation certificate which was advertised on your website In some countries like France this document is necessary to apply for subsidies Because of this missing paperwork I lost 400 in financial aid So no Your bike does not have all CE certifications EDIT I had a very disappointing experience with the bike Capri Azur - The bike was delivered two months late They promised to send me a free battery to make up for it but I never received it - The bike arrived with missing screws one of the pedals broke after just a few uses and the lights don t work They sent me a replacement pedal but this shouldn t have happened with a brand-new bike - Their website claims that the bike comes with homologation papers but I never received them - Worst of all customer service has completely stopped responding to my emails For such an expensive bike I expected much better quality and support Unfortunately I can t recommend these bikes based on my experience

Thanks for a great experience
The delivery was fast the bike arrrived in perfect condition the customer service did everything to help is very friendly reacts quickly and is really involved by finding solutions the motor system works fantastic and I was very surprised for the total weight of the bike its supper light to bring up to my apartment

The best bike I ve ever owned
If you ever wanted to know what riding a work of art is like look no further than Capri bikes I recently got a new Metz 4 and it is a dream to ride The quality is out of this world My experience with customer service was also fantastic Initially there was a problem with the website I emailed and it was fixed promptly Because of the website error I missed out on a sale but they made sure to offer me the intended discount There was a long wait on the bike but they were more than willing to give updates when I asked And now they re continuing to communicate openly and quickly with a small problem with the bike s paint I cannot recommend them enough If you need an e-bike this will be the best decision you could make
