I had my road bike serviced at Bicycle

I had my road bike serviced at Bicycle chain WSM where the staff in the repair shop and on the sales floor are extremely competent and friendly The process is excellent because when you leave your bike with them and more parts are needed they phone you first to see if you are happy to go ahead I was kept in the picture throughout the service and texted when they had finished for me to come along and pick up the bike A great team here who love what they do I would recommend them to friends without hesitation

Dropped bike wheel off to have spoke repaired and advised due to work load was likely going to be completed following week So was super happy to receive a text message the next day to advise it was ready to collect Really helpful knowledgeable staff Happy mum happy boy Thank you so much

Amazing Customer Service

Overall it is the customer service which is so good with this company I was dealt with by Giulio who was superb As a result of his help and expertise I went from having my existing bicycle serviced to purchasing a new bike With his help and support I was able to select a bike which suited my requirements The purchase cost was very competitive
