They ruined our event
The worst experience that we have come across 1 Wrong size of our label we approved the artwork and size 2 5 x 2 5 cm turned our all labels are rectangle2 Poorly sew of our label3 Colour of the printing are bad quality and super off4 Poor customer service 5 We ordered this lot of bags for our event and we did emphasis on the quality Now they ruined our event as we don t have any souvenir to our guests who come to our event

As the sponsor and coming from Canada
As the sponsor and coming from Canada to host the opening event we were unable to provide souvenirs for our guests due to issues with your service The tote bags we received had unattached brand labels and off-colored images which significantly impacted their quality and presentation This was a major disappointment for us and our guests

Appalling service for Tea towels
I recently ordered some digitally printed tea towels from BIDBI They arrived on time but were totally off colour I had ordered two designs and both were much murkier shades of my original art files I work professionally as an artist illustrator and am used to sending files in good working order to card and giclee printing companies I have never had trouble in the past One of the designs also had a light blue strip of colour down the right hand side of the image it was clearly a printing fault When I rang them up to talk about this they confirmed that they had recently changed their printing machine and that might be the reason I was planning to sell the tea towels at a fair the next day and wouldn t have time to pack the tea towels even if they sent replacement so I asked for a refund instead I was told that they were already printing replacements and that they would be sent to me Furthermore the liaising employee there having initially explained about a new printer turned the situation on me and said that it was my fault for not saying that I wanted sample or swatches One week later having had no response even though I had been told they would reply to me and having received no replacement tea towels I chased the reception and finally the head got in touch to say that they would not be providing me with the re-printed tea towels and neither with a refund So I received faulty stock I was lied to the new tea towels never came I had no service they never rang me back or wrote until I chased them on the matter All in all - shocking service
