The sale of our property was very complicated due to Deeds of Variation to change our lease and having to deal with our Estate Management Company their solicitors plus Landlord solicitors and finally our buyers solicitors Time taken to reach decisions was to put it politely a painful and long drawn out procedure 10 months to be precise We were extremely fortunate to have Ollie Rivers from Bidwells to negotiate us through the minefield Without his help and enormous input we are convinced that our sale would have failed We have bought and sold a number of houses in the 40 years and without doubt Ollie has been the best agent we have ever dealt with very highly recommended along with his colleagues at Bidwells
