Fantastic customer service
I had a wonderful experience dealing with the big bathroom shop All the products arrived on time well packaged and looked great The customer service was excellent Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful I want to specifically mention Luke who helped me navigate a series of returns after accidentally ordering the wrong quantity and finish of several items He could not have been more helpful 10 10

Would have been 5 stars if not for your
Would have been 5 stars if not for your delivery company DPD that again failed to deliver our order when we were in and waiting claiming we were out Another driver delivered it successfully the next day We had paid extra for express delivery We contacted the BB company by email and they gave us a credit without any discussion or argument In view of this alone we will use again

My new go to for all things bathroom
Quick delivery well packaged and amazing quality for the price Brought the Milano Windsor sink and now fitted looks like it should have cost 3 x what we spent on it So pleased with that the taps waste etc Milano taps also look fantastic and a fraction of the price compared to other bathroom shops Will definitely use big bathroom shop from now on and looking forward to kitting out the bathroom with the matching products already
