We enjoyed our stay very much The cabin was quaint and the large island was very helpful as we were there for a business planning retreat We would have just changed one thing to have more comfortable furniture to sit on We didn t sit in the living room as the chairs and futon were not very comfortable to sit in

Excellent cabin

Excellent cabin So clean Had everything we needed to cook with Grill was in excellent shape Hot tub was amazing We were able to walk to the end of the street and watch the beautiful fireworks incredible location The only thing we didn t have and never got were wash cloths but honestly that was an easy fix We ran down to dollar tree and bought some It was a perfect getaway to celebrate my daughter s 18th birthday and the 4th of July

Great location I liked the ease of checking in and out I will be back to this particular place The only recommendation I have is to have more comfortable couches This is the case with every rental Always older uncomfortable couches Otherwise we had a great stay

The COOL CABINS Condo was fabulous The entire place is well kept There are TVs in the Common room both Bedrooms Streaming Platforms that should satisfy most The bedrooms are roomyThe amenities are quite sufficient There is an In-line Gas Grill on the deck SO there is no worries about a gas tankThere are 2 decks 1 off of the Common room 1 off of the Master bedroom both w great views GREAT bed in that Master bedroom had no complaints from the adult sleepers on the Bunkbed either Oh there were a few games supplied fun Ssssoooo ENJOYABLE There are many fun activities close too shopping is walking distance andAndAND everyone we spoke to every single time at COOL CABINS was so pleasant knowledgeable kind we wouldn t rent from another company in Big Bear Plain Simple a great company to rent from

Awesome Cabin

The Cabin was beautiful clean cozy and fully stocked and furnished I took my girlfriend with me and this was her first experience to Big Bear and she loved the cabin experience The Cool Cabin staff were amazing I have used Cool Cabins twice now and there will be a third time in the future Keep up the great work

Great Experience

The cabin was better than pictured and had all the amenities that we could need for our vacation I loved how they had toys books games a nightlight and white noise machine for the kids All the rooms had phone chargers set up by the beds which was so convenient It was very clean and well decorated The walk to the village was super convenient We did go during the summer so it was warmer in the house than we would have preferred because there s no AC really any place in Big Bear We brought our own standing fans with us and that helped cool it down I would definitely book through this company again
