Out of Stock but made it right

I placed an order with Bigbigmart which unfortunately turned out to be out of stock so they substituted it with another size However due to space constraints the larger size would not work for me I contacted a Bigbigmart representative via email and was text back I believe the following day Their customer service was very apologetic responsive and willing to be as accommodating as possible Ultimately I opted to just cancel this particular order and was refunded immediately Any disappointment of not being able to get the original order was outweighed by the service rep s commitment to provide a positive resolution so I am much appreciative and look forward to ordering items from Bigbigmart in the future
