Unfunctional item Terrible Costumer service

I am extremely disappointed with BigBox s customer service I purchased a Micro Helmet and the LED light was faulty right out of the box After reaching out to their support team multiple times with no response at first until I reached for Klarna for help their so-called solution was for me to send the item back so they could fix it meaning I would have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive a repaired item instead of the brand-new fully functional product I originally paid for This is completely unacceptable When you buy something new you expect it to work and if it doesn t the company should offer a proper replacement not make the customer wait weeks for a repair The lack of urgency poor communication and refusal to offer a fair solution show how little they care about their customers I won t be buying from BigBox again and I strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase
