Industrial Shelving Unit

I ordered my Industrial Shelving Unit on the 19th of July and it arrived on the 22nd and the delivery driver called me and even waited 10 minutes for me to dash home and receive the packages so well done the delivery company The actual racking is brilliant - really sturdy with much more capacity than I expected It took all the things that I had planned and e few more so I would highly recommend BigDug Industrial Shelving Units

Easy to order and swift delivery I have bought shelving from BD before and if stood the test of time The new shelving was easy to assemble but had some problems with shelf supports Overall excellent value for money and hope they are as robust as previous purchase I have no reason not to think so

Sturdy enough for domestic storage purposes

I ordered an Essentials 3x Bay Shelving Kit which was delivered promptly It was confusing to have three shelving units packaged in two boxes so for a while I thought there was a shortage Silly me The racks were straightforward to assemble Being Essentials the steel is quite thin but I am sure it is sturdy enough for domestic storage purposes I am very happy with it The one minor issue I had is that the first assembly instruction is to fit the plastic feet onto the bottom of the legs after which a lot of tapping with the mallet is needed to fit the various beam struts and other items In several cases my feet shattered from the impact so my racks are now mounted on bits of wood instead Perhaps the feet should be fitted after construction has been completed or there should be a warning to do the assembly on a carpet and not a concrete floor

Brilliant shelf Perfect for what I wanted There s no assembly instructions but 3 only slightly DIY women managed to figure it out with just a hammer Just a word of warning watch out when ordering on the website If you put your measurements in and then take a little while to pay the website will default your measurements back to Big Dugs originals so you may not get what you want However my first delivered shelf was not what I wanted and also was damaged but they collected it quickly and I ordered the correct one They refunded me quickly for the first one as well Definately recommend

Great shelving and excellent customer service

The garage shelving is really sturdy and was incredibly easy to assemble Very impressive design Unfortunately one component was damaged in transit but after reporting it I received a replacement next day Fabulous customer service I would definitely use Bigdug again

Great price and product

This has been the third purchase from BiGDUG all the same racking system As always great product great price and quick delivery I did find prices on their website much cheaper than their eBay shop so purchased direct for a better deal Will use again and happy to recommend
