Takes the hassle out of concert travel I ve used big green coach on three separate occasions now and have nothing but good things to say Coaches arrive on time they are clean and the drivers have all been very friendly Always been given very clear instructions on where and when to pick the coach up on return journey Can t fault them and will absolutely use again

Great service on time clean and organized We didn t have to wait after the concert we went straight to the coaches they were waiting for us we could jump into any available coach which made the journey back fast We would definitely use this service again and recommend it

Big Green coach to Coldplay

We used this company to take us from Bristol to Wembley for a Coldplay concert The coach was prompt and very comfortable We had lots of space and there was a toilet if needed The coach parked up at the venue so there was no stress about finding the venue or the coach after the concert The coaches were labelled so we knew which was the correct one The emailed information gave us clear instructions on what to expect We found this experience to be very good value and stress free- much easier than driving ourselves and having to find and pay for parking not to mention fuel costs Travelling together helped us to do our bit for the environment We would definitely recommend using this company and wouldn t hesitate in using them again

I had booked tickets for Metallica as a surprise gift for a friend and as an afterthought added flexi just incase the surprise turned into a shock Whixh is exactly what happened as he had bought his ticket for the show the same day I tried to cancel on the website but it did not show any way Or I could not locate a way to cancel and I sent an email In 24 hours I got a reply from RyanCustomer Service OfficerBig Green Coach With an affirmative and a refund immediately In a world that is becoming increasingly virtual and faceless this prompt service and human interaction was such a relief I would go with big green coach for all bookings

Slam Dunk Travel

Used BGC to travel from Hull to Leeds for Slam Dunk North Absolutely no complaints Outsourced the coach to another local company but emails beforehand said this could happen Clearly labeled as BGC so as to avoid confusion Decent price for a return trip to Cheaper than a train and hotel for sure Will be using next year if the lineup is right
