I m still waiting for a refund after I returned the goods using the return label they gave me Since December of last year I m waiting and no one has been able to help me According to the customer service agent the proof of return is not valid so they get to keep the 21 I gave them the proof of return receipt the post office gave me there s no other way for me to prove the return I d never recommend doing business with this company I don t think I ll ever recover my money as not even the office in the UK is responding Big L Stay away

Great products I think the prices for bulk products are average Handy I could find most products I need in one place would be even more helpful if range was comete so it was a 1 stop shop E G had to get glycerin and refillable bottles elsewhere
