This was a fantastic long weekend for family and friends to celebrate a big birthday The photos don t do the place justice especially the grounds We had lovely weather and the pool area bbq outside dining area was perfect The house is extremely well appointed so many nice touches EV charger fire pit games room kitchen has everything pool towels drinks kitchen was great bedrooms all excellent We and our guests are all trying to thinking of when we can justify a return

Our first time using the Big House Experience and we weren t disappointed The house was perfect for our large family event with all the facilities and equipment we could have wanted They were very helpful and all my questions ahead of our stay were answered quickly Would definitely use this company again

Our second Big House Experience stay with a large group of friends which was yet again superb The house location events and venues available within a reasonable distance were excellent We will most definitely be making our third visit at another location in 2025

Wow Amazing facilities for a large group

We had an amazing time at Mulberry Tree It had everything we could have possibly wanted for a wonderful weekend with friends Hot tub sauna indoor swimming pool fishing lake games field games room BBQ a bar area lovely patio huge dining room lots of snuggly areas cosy bedrooms children catered for in all aspects I m pretty sure I have missed something We could not fault the property The Big House Experience team truly had everything covered No query too big or too small The team had everything under control to make sure we had a magical experience Huge thanks to the owners of Mulberry Tree for allowing us to share their beautiful property to Kyle for being on hand to make sure our check in was a smooth experience Big shout out to LIZ for being so helpful A magical experience would love to repeat all over again Would not hesitate contacting The Big House Experience should we decide to bring a huge group together again Thanks so much

The Big House Experience Can not be faulted The service was professional Swift and not pushy The property we chose was perfect So clean so perfect to celebrate our daughters 18 th with family we all fell in love with the venue The communication was ideal Felt I could ask anything if I needed to I will definitely be using this company again

This has been the very best holiday our whole family have ever had There were 22 of us in total The beautiful house gardens parkland were all exceptional the house was decorated furnished in keeping with the period The outdoor heated swimming pool jacuzzi hot tub were perfect All in all an excellent company staff I highly recommend them

Recenty we had clients who stayed at the Cstle and it exceeded all of their expectations From the moment they arrived they were welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who made sure every detail of their stay was perfect The rooms were spacious impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities one could ask for What stood out the most was the level of service The staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort They had a fantastic experience Thank you to the entire team for making their stay so memorable
