Bigin has been an asset to my company sales team We are a small Mom and Pop studio and digital media company This software has allowed my team to take control of the sales process and has brought organization to our sales process Highly recommend

So easy to use

I have a small language academy and was looking for an easy to use and adaptable CRM system Having had a very positive experience using used Zoho invoice I decided to look at their other applications Bigin allows me to customise the fields link students to parents and keep records up to date while on the move I have only just started using it so I am looking forward to exploring this app more to see how else it can help me manage my small business

Zoho bigin has great lead management feature from communication to pipeline staging I love the way it organizes communication and helps integrating it with other software

I did not use any CRM till now This is due to the cost and the utility for a small startup like us However I recently explored Bigin First it comes with a trust of Zoho second is that it is made for early stage startups like us where every features seems to align with our aim to streamline operations and save time that we invested in managing things manually

I ve been a user of Zoho Books for years and this year decided to expand my integrations I first started with Projects and then recently added in Bigin I can t say enough about this CRM software I tried other programs but they were either way too difficult to figure out or did not having pricing options that were specific to my business Fortunately Bigin was the perfect solution It has pricing for all types of team sizes and provides great functionality with even the Free option It was super simple to navigate I was set up and ready to roll quickly I like being able to integrate with projects and this helps me keep my clients updated on their projects The only issue I had was figuring out how to get my projects into Bigin But after watching the instruction videos it was a breeze Don t waste time with any other CRMs and just get Bigin You won t be disappointed

I m an individual lawyer so there s a lot that I have to do on my own and Bigin helps me stay on top of my tasks meetings and cases I had started with the complete CRM but I switched to Bigin because CRM is more for large organizations Bigin is a great solution for me I recommend Zoho to anyone looking to have integration because I also use Invoicing Mail Calendar I m always looking at all the new stuff they come up with Their apps are so clean and neat
