Terrible company to deal with At this point I feel it s a scam as they shipped my order through another country and now a month later only keep saying they are looking into why it s not delivered They won t refund my money until my product arrives so I m out money and customer service is non existent

We were in immediate need for a replacement 30 station Irritrol controller We couldn t find one anywhere in Southern California and the manufacturer said they wouldn t have one until next year The individual at big irrigation immediately got on the phone with his connections and found what we needed in Northern California and had it shipped to us in a few days I was both happy and impressed
