Not standing by a 5 year warranty due to a technicality
I have a 2 year and 6 month old big max blade ip Bought as advertised with a 5 year warranty The leg has sheared They acknowledge should not have happened I am sorry to see that you have experienced a problem with your Big Max product this is not what we expect from our brand But not standing by the 5 year warranty as have to register to extend from 2 years to 5 Thus is ridiculous it should never have happened I will never buy from big max again

Don t be fooled by these people when they say their golf bags are 100 waterproof and under warranty for 2 years because they refuse to cover the zips the main part that makes bags waterproof and the don t respond to warranty claims anyway They waited 9 weeks to respond to me till the warranty had ran out then claim my bag is over the 2 years warranty and they will send a completely different colour cover that doesn t match my bag out of their generosity even though in the time I they didn t respond I had to buy a new waterproof bag at a cost of 219 99 to replace it

Dry Max hybrid bagBought a dry max hybrid bag last June It is anything but dry even in moderate rain water gets into all the pockets and lodges there The legs don t open very well either by design I presume but my bag has fallen on more than one occasion risking damage to my clubs Frankly I expected better I would not buy it again

Purchased a Big Max Nano electric golf
Purchased a Big Max Nano electric golf trolley which has been nothing but trouble It has already been back for repair 3 times last time it had to be returned to Austria to be repaired Each time has taken 8-12 weeks on average Once again the trolley is now faulty Have given up and will be taking action to get a refund for this not fit for purpose product

Really poor customer service Wrote a claim 14 days ago regarding my 2 year old Big Max bag that recently collapsed and no reply Tried also the European distributor Same outcome It s a disgrace from such a big company

Very Poor Golf Bag - Dont buy one
I was bought a Big Max golf bag for Xmas 2020 but didn t get to use it much due to COVID So imagine my surprise that after less than a year a zip broke on the ball pocket unfixable and proved what a shoddy bag this really is I used a pin for a while then the zip broke on the cooler compartment again unfixable This is clearly made on the cheap and I would recommend to anyone thinking about it DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BIG MAX GOLF as you will be VERY disappointed Poorest golf bag i have ever had and i have been playing for 40 years

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs Customer service is appalling they do not send any shipping updates and make it very difficult to contact the customer service team Every person I have dealt with has a not my fault don t care attitude Unfortunately I cannot comment on quality of products as item never arrived but having now seen the reviews I am glad After 2 months of awful customer service my refund was processed and the refunded amount was incorrect Now to add to my frustrationI and lost time I am also out of pocket Next step is complaints procedure followed by the ombudsman - wish me luck

Sticky to fold and unfold feels flimsy with very hard plastic giving a sense of brittleness The storage compartment is just a big net where everything bangs around and lies at an angle that makes using it awkward I m stuck with it now- an expensive mistake

Terrible after-sales service quality
Terrible after-sales service and quality Zip on cooler pocket broke after only a few months Bought from my golf club professional so took it back 4 months later and Big Max have still not replaced it My club professional has never experienced such a problem on such a simple issue I also registered my bag online with Big Max when I purchased it for extended warranty and still they are delaying things and trying everything they can to avoid a replacement My club professional has said that he will not be selling or have an account with Big Max because his reputation is also at stake when selling to customers and especially members at his golf club The bag is also not as waterproof as they claim

Bought a hybrid stand bag the stand snapped after 3weeksUpgraded to an aqua 3 waterproof cart bag it is coming up on 2 years but I play infrequently bag has a ripped pocket zip and now a snapped carry strap my advice would be best avoided
