The manager is totally incompetent

I am only giving 5 stars due to the lovely lady Rachel who saved us a lot of bother by undoing the awful work done by the manager On more than one occasion the manager has given us inaccurate information about the terms and conditions of the company and has had to compensate us for his screw ups On more than one occasion he has messed up our account so that we have been over charged and undercharged on multiple occasions All of this has had to be resolved by Rachel who has had the courtesy to let us know every time mistakes have been made and has corrected our account every time The manager doesn t know his bottom from his elbow when it comes to running this business where as Rachel is totally adept and fully knowledgeable about the business Which leads me to ask how is he manager and Rachel isn t I will no longer allow the manger to deal with our account Rachel is the only person we are allowing to deal with us in future

I needed storage whilst in the process of selling my house This Storage facility was perfect to store my items safely very good prices and the reassurance that my items were all secure was a bonus Carol was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with I can highly recommend Big Padlock to store your items safely Geoff

I would highly recommend using Big Padlock in Robertstown The staff - Becca and Ruth - are extremely friendly and helpful They have a very clean and tidy site and units to suit whatever needs you may have They are very accommodating and also provide trolleys to help you move your items I personally have used their storage for between house moves and overall this has been the least stressful move I have had due to their helpful and professional service The hallways are always well lit and clear A really great place to use for your storage needs with a friendly and helpful staff Certainly a 5 service

The staff here are so kind and helpful The system and arrangements are great very secure clean and dry with a choice of storage sizes to suit best Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future if needed
